What is Certified Southern Catering?

Certified Southern Catering is the For-Profit, fund raising arm of the 501c-3 Non-Profit called LETTUM EAT! Over 400,000 free meals have been served to those in need across the Greater Atlanta Area by LETTUM EAT! since the fall of 2019. In that 2 years, citizens all over the areas of service have fallen in love with Chef Hank’s food. Calls were pouring in for catering opportunities and Certified Southern Catering was born. Chef Hank has 30+ years in the food service industry as an executive chef. There is no substitute for experience, which is what separates the work of LETTUM EAT! and Certified Southern Catering from the rest of the pack. A diverse set of menus exist within the offerings of Certified Southern Catering. Whether you're searching for a menu that mirrors a fine restaurant or what you would find at a backyard cookout, Chef Hank and Chef Cale have you covered. Dutch Oven Pot Roast, Chopped Steak, if you can dream it, Chef can make it.

Slow cooked Green Beans with a special blend of Chef Hank's Bistro Seasoning, Caramelized Onions and Smoked Poultry.

Macaroni and cheese casserole

The Queen of Southern sides, baked casserole-style with tender Macaroni folded in creamy Smoked Cheddar Bechamel Sauce and more Cheddar Cheese.

Skillet Baked Beans

Slow cooked Navy Beans in a Hickory Sweet BBQ Sauce with Smoked Pork, Onions and Peppers. Ask for the Vegetarian version.

Potato salad

Tender Marinated Potatoes, Celery, and Eggs folded in creamy Rosemary Aioli with a touch of Sour Cream.

One's not enough, so you get two seared Beef Hotdogs on a Buttered Bun. Ask about our Chili.

The King of Southern Desserts. Sweet Georgia Peaches stewed in Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce baked in a Flakey Buttery Crust.

Caramel Walnut Apple Cobbler

Sweet and tart Granny Smith Apples stewed in Cinnamon Brown Sugar Sauce and baked in a Flakey Buttery Crust.

White Chocolate Rum Bread Pudding

Sweet Golden Croissants soaked in White Chocolate  Custard, baked and served with White Chocolate Rum Glaze.

Sweet Potato Souffle

Tender Sweet Potatoes stewed in Brown Sugar Bourbon Custard baked in a Flakey Buttery Crust and Pecan Streusel Crumb topping.
