Certified Southern Catering is the For-Profit, fund raising arm of the 501c-3 Non-Profit called LETTUM EAT! Over 400,000 free meals have been served to those in need across the Greater Atlanta Area by LETTUM EAT! since the fall of 2019. In that 2 years, citizens all over the areas of service have fallen in love with Chef Hank’s food. Calls were pouring in for catering opportunities and Certified Southern Catering was born. Chef Hank has 30+ years in the food service industry as an executive chef. There is no substitute for experience, which is what separates the work of LETTUM EAT! and Certified Southern Catering from the rest of the pack.
